There are a limited number of sliding scale options that are available. Payment is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. Payment accepted includes cash, check or credit card.
Insurance is not accepted, however, a super-bill statement can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company to seek out potential provider reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider first for out of network services. A diagnosis will be provided on the superbill statement.
Note: Many insurance companies will not reimburse sessions with Pre-licensed Professionals.
Clients are free to cancel or change an appointment with a 48-hour notice. Otherwise, the session will be charged at full price.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprise Act Law, health care providers are required to give patients an estimate of the bill for medical services if they are not using Insurance. As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services and medical costs. You will be given a Good Faith Estimate prior to or at the time of your appointment.
