There are a limited number of sliding scale options that are available. Payment is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. We accept payments via credit cards and HSA cards.
We accept both private pay and insurance! If you opt for private pay, we can provide you with a superbill statement to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider beforehand regarding out-of-network services. A diagnosis will be included on the superbill statement.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprise Act Law, health care providers are required to give patients an estimate of the bill for medical services if they are not using Insurance. As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services and medical costs. You will be given a Good Faith Estimate prior to or at the time of your appointment.
